Electrolux Refrigerator
Poor and faulty after sales service

I purchased a electrolux refrigerator from T V Radios, Udaipur on 02/07/07. After a couple of months its timer went out of order. It was changed after repeated requests. Again, the timer went out of order. The local representative do not pay much attention to the complaints.

I lodged a complaint to the customer care in march with complaint no EJAI 0403120001. Subsequently, it was repared. The timer and the biometer were changed and I was made to pay in cash a sum of Rs 1200/-

As per the shope keeper it is still under Warranty period. Morever, the bill and the cash receipt has not been given to me.

I hope the company would look into the matter.
