Compressor not changed

I have purchased one electrolux ref from arora enterprises railway road najibabad on 17/4, bill no..458 of Rs.8400.in month of may my ref stopped working.i registered a complaint at ur tollfree no.complain no... egzb2305120030.ur service engineer visited n took the compressor with him... from the complain date 23/5 to till date neither he came n nor he installed the compressor... i called him many times but he didn't answer my call... you r requested to take immediately action against service center n install my compressor... if any charge is there for compressor replacement then i m agree to pay that...
