Eplacement of faulty gasket

Sir,

this is to bring in concern that the gasket of my refrigerator is faulty.

we've been complaining for past 3 months no action has been taken yet.

the company officials take no interest in solving the problem and futher give the numbers of other officials... i've been given the nos. of Mr. Gill (9250000780), Mr. Lalit (9953999920/9212121085), Mr. Nagesh (9810320844) bt the authorities and till yet no action has been taken.kindly mak a remark on my probl and soon get the gasket replaced...
