Electrolux washing machine
Switch not available

I have a washing machine which is not working, so I made a complain and the service engineer visited my home, the machine is not working due to a switch issue as per the service engineer and he said he will replace the switch by the next day, it is more than 3 weeks but he did not came back to fix the switch. Whenever I called the service number, I got a response like we have asked for the switch but that is not available. I dont know how long I have to wait or if the switch will be available ever?...any help will be appreciated.
