We have purchased elctrolux washing machine model no. ES70ELGl-FKA on 10-07 from Digiworld sector-18, noida. The wash selector knob is not working from the very first day. we have asked them for the replacement of faulty washing machine but the service manager was forcing us to get it repaired.after 6 days they agreed to replace the machine and asked for the document .we have submitted the documents but there is no response from their side after that.
