Dissatified by aftersale service

Hello, sir i am Dhanraj sharma resident of jaipur my residential address is 10A, hathi babu ka bagh, kanti nagar, banipark. I have purchased your waterpurifier named elegent RO about one and half year back and i am really unsatisfied with your after sale service. I have installed a new candel in the purifier worth Rs.3700 few months back and i was told that they will provide a service of 12 months for it. Now there is some mistake in the purifier it is not serving better so i called the service center to send a service person almost 20-25 days back and i have been calling them daily to send the service person but your service center has sent no service men till date. So please look into the matter and let us be provided with a better aftersale service.
