Elemech Engineers/7.5KVA 3 PHASE GENERATOR SET
DG SET Defective since four months

Kindly refer purchase order No 39/01/Comn/Eqpt/BSF dated 23-06-0.

The 7.5 KVA 3 phase Gen set bearing No D-8-1608-92/0800421 Make- Kirloskar, purchase from your firm, m/s Elemech Engineers, New Delhi and further installed at BOP BELCHERA of 61 BN BSF under SHQ BSF Teliamura got defective on 26/11/09 and complaint lodged by the unit on same day vide complaint No BEL/09940. Several correspondences has been made in this regard through telephone and letter with your firm but after a lapse of more than a period of 04 months the Generator is not get repaired till date. The engineer from your firm visited twice in this period but he failed to repair this DG Set. Also its under warranty till August and then site is well connected by civil transport. Thus It is justified that your firm should accordingly provide/extend the warranty period as No positive response has been received from your frim

It is therefore, requested that the Firm, m/s Elemech Engineers, New Delhi be directed to send their representative to repair the Gen set on priority bases installed at BOP Belchera.
