Eletrolux Refrigerator Model ER37FF
Not Cooling in the lower Cabin

Dear Sir,

I purchased Electrolux Fridge Model ER37FF on 15.8.08. During the warranty period i.e.by Mar 09, its trays developed cracks. I took up the matter with the local Vediocon Service Center at Jalandhar Punjab, but failed to get the trays replaced despite a number of reminders & personal follow up. Now in Aug the fridge has failed to cool in the lower cabin. I lodged a complaint at the local complaint Centre & at the call Center (Complaint No. JAL 2708100229), with lot of follow up their mechanic came at home & replaced the Bi-metallic Switch, Thermal Fuse & Timer at a cost of Rs. 1500. But problem is the same. What should do? Please help. Thanks
