New Chimneys Duct Cover dent

We bought elica chimney on 21 may with the following model details,

Model Name: Glace LTW 60 Power IC

Serial Number KI11024750

Shop - Mahavir Electronics Kothrud

On its installation today we noticed that the duct cover had a huge dent that spoiled the look of the entire chimney and thus the kitchen as well.

In fact the product itself was seen covered with dust and stains (Chimney motor) on opening the sealed box

Its very disappointing to see this in a new product bought.

Hope you will take notice of this and send a replacement of the duct cover at the earliest.

We Logged complaint on 23rd May but we are yet to receive any response/update/feedback. Sad service.
