Videocon company frauding the custome

I hereby Rajiv vishwakarma from Mumbai. I have purchased 1

Videocon LCD Model no. 22HHQMA in 11, 300/- on 24 feb that time i

offered from the dealer one videocon silver jublee gift voucher which

is cost Rs. 1000. In that scratch card i won Rs. 12, 500/- from that

amount i can purchase any product of videocon company so i have booked

online on 27 feb Videocon Refrigerator which is cost Rs.17, 000/-

booked through "Emartindia shopping online" this is videocon company's

website as direction of custmer care the excess amount i have

deposited in HDFC BANK by cheque name of "shop online Trading pvt

Ltd." account no. 16628640000037 on 29 feb. The Cheque got

cleared on 1st march n my booking was confirmed my bookig no. is

EMT- 1189624 when i contacted with customer care they promised me to

wait 15 working days in march i will get Refrigerator at home but

still i didn't get any Refrigerator till now and still not getting

properly response from the customer care. Its now may month going to

be completed. I think the videocon company has cheated with me please.

help me in this matter please. Take some legal action in this case n help

me out to refund my money back or my product.
