Stolen My Products

Hello,

I ordered Micro SD Cards from China. The tracking code was EE142570275CN.

I received the product today. The company sent 100 cards which I order. However, I received only 32 cards and 63 empty packets. I am sure that EMS guys must have stolen these cards. I don't know where to complain. These cards were removed while at Custom, I assume.

May I know the process to lodge a complain against the shipping company EMS? Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
