INVOICE NUMBER ORA090012199, ORDER NUMBER OGA090011547 DATED 11-08-09-REFUND THEREOF

Dear Sirs,

I would like to inform the following for your kind information and IMMEDIATE further necessary action:-

That CDs of consignment number 627285, invoice number ORA090012199, order number OGA090011547 dt. 10th of Aug.2009 was received scratched on 27th of Aug.2009 and e-mail dated 27th of Aug.2009 was sent in this regard. The scratched CDs were returned back through registered post on 28/08 and its receipt confirmation was sent by ITBC through e-mail. Thereafter huge e-mails were sent to send me the refund of CDs and even telephonic complaints were lodged with your customer care but till now the result is negligible AND ITBC is giving me LOLYPOP to wait which is evident from the e-mails and thus cheating me. A copy of latest e-mail & its connected e-mails (4 pages) have been sent as a token of correspondence with ITBC. Kindly send me refund of the referred consignment within a week’s time failing which I will be constrained to seek the assistance of Hon’ble Consumer Court.
