Split AC 1.5 ton( 2 nos)
Stop coolng beyond 15 minutes

I bought two LG split Acs 1.5 ton capacity from Malhotra electronics HoshiarPur (Panjab). eversince I bought these ACs they have never worked satisfactorily. I complained to the dealer a number of times but he has not attended the complaint.

Having spent Rs 55, 000/-I have not ued the ACs troughout the season. its a matter of shame for a reputed company like LG india to appoint unscruplous dealers who waI have complained the matter to ur call centre toosh their hands off the responsibility of ensuring a satisfactory after sale service to the customers. I have lodged the complaint with LG India cutomer care vide the complaint nos N9C7140552, N9C71409535and N9C71010512 but nobody from ur service centre ever contacted me or came to repair my ACs .would LG india look into it and direct some service engineer to look into my complaint
