There crack on screen

Dear sir,

i have ordered an e-phone on 24 october after 2 months there was crack in the screen, so i have sent it for replacement after conversing with the customer care, but one and half months have passed but i have not received yet my order number is 79855 and my address is reliance surgical hospital, industrial estate road, chandpur, varanasi near banaras beads .kindly look into the matter.
