Regarding service

I have pure it from last six month. and battery of this is over from last 20 days. and i have booked battery on 5.07.2009 and complaint 9.07.09, 15.07.09, 18.07.09 to customer care no. But till time our pure it bettery not replaced. Why what is the reason. What are the meaning of this type of service. Why pure it sell this product. only for getting 2000 rupees or what.there is no no phone number for contact. and customer care didn't respond peroperly.
