Activation of new sim card

Dear sir,

i am having a postpaid connection of airtel. i have lost my cell on 15/7. and i brought a new simcard of same postpaid connection on 18/7 at 2 :00 pm from airtel gallery naupada rd. thane (W). executive who gave me the new sim card told me tht it will get activated in 4 hours. after 6 hours when card didnt got activated i called at customer care no. at 8 pm. on 9892012345 and asked that why my sim card is not yet activated he told me to give the sim no. again and told me that the sim card no. which ws in the system was entered wrong by the executive. and he told me that it will get activated in 2 hours. right now it is 12 am. of 19/7 and my card is not yet activated. my sim card no. is 8991920000166221530F.

i request you to activate my simcard as soon as possible.
