Euerka Forbes/ Water cooler & water filter Aquasure
Very eratic behaviour of the Instrument Set

I have purchased a product water cooler and water filter Aquasure aquaflo bcode:22202 SL NO. 8004648 of Eureka Forbes through M/S vatanukool 153-154 Akbarali Complex (Basement) Palasia Point Indore 452001 on dtd 16.07.11 for o/o Executive Engineer 400 KV S/s MPPTCL Khandwa Road Indore (M.P.).

It has given troubles 9 Time (within a short period of four months) after installation and I have complaint timely to attend the problems. Now we are getting very serious problem of drinking water due to erratic behavior of this instrument set, so kindly replace the same piece with the new one so we can enjoy your product happily.

I made a call on 08039883333 in Banglore on 11.11.11 and talk with Mr Vasim, he committed to me that, the Instrument will be replaced within 24 hrs but only fault is attended (as attended previously 8 times) and rectified but again problem has comes on dated 12.11.11. Again complaint loged to your local dealer on dated 15.11.11 & again make call on same no. 08039883333 in Banglore but I am not satisfied with very slow response of your representative.

Again I am requesting to change the Instrument set as soon as possible.
