Euraka Forbs/ Water Purifier
Last 50 days not attand

I purchased one water purifier model "Elegent" on date 20.07.2011. But till date (09.09.2011) I did not get single drop water, thats means its manufacturing defect. I make complaint on web no 7dd722cb29eb. Also raise complaint on custmercare center with no 85294268 date 06.08.2011. But no result.

Then I contact in Vadodara office they send technitian four times but system did not started. Every time they give next date after 3 days and came after 8 days.

How Euraka claim for attand the complaint in 24 to 72 hrs.

As its manufacturing defect I want to replace the system.
