Hi,
I, Sanat Kumar Nanda staying in J.P.Nagar 7th phase, Bangalore - 78.
I purchased an Eureka Aquagurad RO model one year back and had faced
lot of problem as described below..
FIRST TIME :
after 3 months purchase water flow stoped. I called to customer care,
no body came after 48 hrs. Again I called to customer care and try to
get near by service centre contact number and I got the number. Then I
tried to call near by service centre and after one day service person
(KISHORE) came and fixed the problem
SECOND TIME:
after just 15 days of fixing the first problem again water flow stoped
, again I called near by service centre, again KISHORE came and fixed
it.
THIRD TIME:
again 20 days of fixing second problem same issue (no water flow),
again I called, again service person came and told me put an extra
outer filter saying there will be no problem afterwards. I purchased
the outer filter by paying Rs.700.00 and water started flowing.
FOURTH TIME:
again same issue after one month, no water, again called to lot of
people even if called the area manager, after a huge discussion with
all the people for 5 days they sent one person and changed the inside
candles and water flow started.
FIFTH TIME:
again after one and half months, same problem no water, again called
, person came and said some electronic parts not working, he changed
and it worked.
SIXTH TIME:
again after 10 days, same problem, again person came, clean the
outer filter, did something, water flow started.
like this I did not even remember some more time, I will call,
person will come to fix it, it will work for some days, then problem
started.
All I can say they have not done service anything for more than 2
months it worked. all are temporary services.
very recently it was not working on 25/03, so I called near by
service center, nobody came for 5 days, Then I called customer care on
31/03 explaing all details, they lodged one complaint with number
(0061757696) and said it will be resolved within 48 hrs, today is
05/04, already 5 days gone after the complaint has been lodged,
nobody has come or called me.
I have also requested lot of time please change the product and give
me new one, they did not accept it.
I am really frustrated from them, so I requesting from bottom of my
heart please take some action and provide me permanent solution,
I AM EXPECTING A LOT FROM YOU, please help me on this issue and
provide me a solution.
