Very bad customer service

I brought a vacuum cleaner euroclean bravo on date 21-7 (bill number 019422 and unit number 7510027)

The sales representative of your company were Mr. Abhinav srivastava (mobile number 099889044015) and Mr. sudeep sachan (mobile number 09935738813).on that day they told us today is the last day for scheme of life time free service card, i brought and then they said we will come tomorrow and give this card and give demo of the machine.

But after buying the vacuum cleaner i have called them several times and told plz come after 6 pm any day but they have given very bad response and always given some excuses.

Plz do the needful so that my faith on this company will remain.
