Eureka Forbes - Acquaguard
Servicing Issue

We have been using Acquaguard Nova since 10 years & have been renewing the AMC with Eureka Forbes through one of their dealer by the name Sunil, contact no - 9821837920 / 28070548 located at Orlem, Malad (W)

Our present contract no. with them is 10 1766178, amount paid Rs.2650/-renewed on 03/02/10 till 02/03.

My acquaguard is not working since 2/3 days, have registered complaint with Sunil & have been following up with him continuously via calls & SMS, but till date he has not sent a technician for repairing the same.

The service is Ridiculous & Pathetic!! Even the technicians he has dont have proper knowledge / training for fixing the product.

Request you to please look into the matter and take proper action on the dealer so that he does not take customers like us for granted.
