Bad Service and maintenance

Hello Sir,

The above mentioned Aquaguard water purifire was purchased and fixed at my residence in the year 1997.I had no prroblems with the Maintenance and service of the equipment till year 2006 but after that the maintenance agency was changed to Raghav enterprises 16-A Old Survey Dehradun Phone 0135-2745164and mob 9458106132 by Eureka Forbes for Aquaguard since then we have been facing various issues such as untimely changing of filter while the carbon has been changed only once since that date but as per the contract it should have been changed twice in a year. We have been calling and following the Maintenance agency since date but there has been no action from there side instead we are being misguided by the agency owner.

Would request to please help us to at least change the equipments which fall under the yearly contract.
