Purchased an Aqua Guard Protect from the above given branch office, on 03/Oct and they promised that they will install the machine on the same day, but till now its not installed. When i asked them to return back the amount, they kept on making false promises. I asked them to give an writen statement, they denied it. I spoke to 3 Managers and 1 Senior Regional Manager, but still the problem is not resolved. I strongly request all customers that do not trust Eureka Forbes Company and don't buy any product from them. Till they receive money they will please customers after receiving they least bother of customers.
