Eureka forbes not providing free service check ups

I purchased aquaguard goldnova water purifier on 4 may..while installing the appliances they said that they will provide two free servicing during first year..its under warranty period of 1 year..till now they haven't provided any free service check ups..i have complained to them on their customer care several times but they always promise me that they will send a field representative next day..now i am not sure whether the water i am drinking is pure or not..
