Eureka Forbes/ Aquaguard protect plus
Water doesn't taste good

I bought water purifier from Eureka Forbes 3 months back and the water taste is not good, after raising complaint (Complaint no. 84122111) with Eureka Forbes on 3rd Jan since then the issue has not been addressed and I ve made 12-15 calls within this period and some of the calls have not been recorded in their customer ticketing system and the issue has not been addressed till now. I wish to take action against the company for providing defective product and no service on request, which is against the contract negotiated while purchasing the product.
