Dear Sir/ Madam,

It is with great agony that I wish to bring to your kind notice the callousness shown by some employee of your department. For the last fifteen days my aquaguard is not working properly after annual maintenance done by your service personnel on 03.01.2010.In spite of my several reminders no action has been taken yet by your men. It is indeed that your service franchisees are only interested to renewal service contract without providing minimum service to his customer.

It is really surprising that such a renowned organization not heeding to our complaints.

Please get the needful done without any further loss of time.
