Eureka Forbes/ Aquaguard SENSA
Poor service

I had purchased product in Feb and it is under 2 year warranty. The warranty covers "Four service check ups every year during which Aquaguard is throughly checked and cleaned" as per Warranty card.

Have been repeatedly calling and requesting service dept to carry out service which is now 2 months due. Have a complaint number but every time I call I am told that it will take 2 days to service call. Period. And we start again from same point every time... and this is not first time. Earlier took Eureka Forbes 1 month to carry out installation and then 1 week to repair after tap leakage
