Service in warranty period

My Eureka Forbes model water purifier Aquaguard Total Sensa purchase bill no.8518100886 dated 24.05.2008. The sales person was Mr. Dinesh Kumar. The machine carries a 2 year warranty which expires on 23.05.2010. I have given them a complaint no.82693092 on 02.04.2010. They are not attending to the problem but dilly dallying the issue with false assurances at the call centres. I have made several calls to them.

I am afraid that they will let the warranty expire, which will make the service chargeable.
