NOT ATTENDING SERVICE CALL

Sir/Madam

My water filter is leaking & hence out of order for the last three months. I have a three years comprehensive AMC with the company EUREKA FORBES for the said filter. The company is not attending to this problem. They are not attending the telephone calls also.

I & my family is facing severe health problems due to this. The company is absolutely indifferent to the problem. The service representatives have a callous & lackasaidal attitude towards their customers.

Please help me in this regard
