Eureka Forbes-Aquaguard water filter
No servicing for the past more than a yea

I have made many complaints but nobody has come to service our water filter for the past one and a half year. If this is the way the company wants to treat us, we want our money back. This is cheating. The company promised to do servicing twice a year (once every 6 months), but nobody came for the past one and half year.
