Non availability of catridges

I have bought an aqua sure sure boil 18 ltr set . and its catridge need to be changed every four months . but for the past one month we are searching for the catriges and i am not able to get it. if i complain to their company . they say they would deliver it to our house . but rs 100 shipping charges. do we need such unwanted expenses . i am fed up with their service in this busy marketing chennai. i need a solution and i am not ready to pay shipping charges . i am ready to pay its cost alone...
