Eureka Forbes Aquasure crystal filter
Very bad after sales service

We have bought Aquasure Crystal filter from a dealer in Goregaon in may. As per the requirement, the filters need to be serviced periodically. It's been 18 days since we have complained for a service person to come and service the filters however no one has visited us. Reminders to the call centre are also futile since they are of no help.

While we have suffered for this, I will strictly advise anyone never to buy the products. The company has extremely poor after sales service and seem to be only interested in selling products. NEVER BUY THEIR PRODUCTS OR YOU WILL SUFFER LIKE WE ARE DOING
