I have purchase aquasere crystal water purifier on 13 may from vijay sale chinchwad which was not functioned properly complaints for the same was given on 12 aug 11 to the customer care complaint no. 85385509. After taking lot many time followup for the complaint o one as responsible take care for this and answer which i am getting is like very irrisponsible people in the service provided... I would like to ask if issue like water for which customer pay the cost for healthy life can not be solve after paying what else then who will take inititative in such a serious issu... By Mr C.L.
