Eureka Forbes / Aquasure Crystal water purifier
Service is bad, Product stopped working in 2 months

I have purchased Aquasure Cryster water Purifier recently in Jul. Just two months have gone by and it stopped working. I called up service center, they registered my complaint.

Despite of telling them that it is in warranty period, these people tell me it will be rectified in two working days.

False promises as no one turns up, today is a third day. Despite of taking number, alternate number to call, no one bothers to call or visit.

I am still following up for the same. If it is not resolved, I plan to register it in consumer court.
