No Response from Customer Care For Service Of Product

We requested Customer Care For Service on No 080 3988333 for our Purifier which we bought last year .. We received the call from the technician, whom I requested to come to come either at 10am next day or on Saturday.. he said he will come on Saturday .. but no response from his side till Monday .. We again call ed customer care and made sure we will get the service done .. We received the call from some local customer care who fixed the date for 10am next day and they had sent me the number for the person who will be visiting us on my request.. still no body turned up and when I called the number it was switched off ..

Again I call the Customer Service and requested them .. but no response .. Finally today I again called up and I shouted on them for the bad response and even had a word with Mr. Vijay who introduced himself as the floor supervisor who assured me that he will get back to me with the final results by afternoon, .. but till now I havent received any response ..

I think the company has thoughts for its customers then why we should buy their products ..

I sincerely request you to please help me get my product service..
