I purchased my aquasure Pearl UV in January and had placed a request for installation in March.

I had to make no less than 11 calls to customer care to get my Aquasure Pearl UV installed. Finally, after 2 weeks, the aquasure technician turned up and found that the aquasure had a faulty circuit and hence was unusable. Now Its been another 3 weeks since my aquasure has been completely unusable, and I have made another 5 calls to the customer service number 18602661177. Every time I call I get the assurance that my problem will be sorted out in one day, but nothing happens. Their customer service is worse than the worst Government institutions. I got my gas connection in quicker time.

Its now been a month since I have been struggling to get drinking water in my house and the company shows absolutely 0 consideration for the customer.

I will never ever buy a Eureka product again. Thanks for opening my eyes Eureka forbes. This is probably the worst customer service I have EVER encountered anywhere in the world
