I had purchased a Eureka Forbes Aquasure Nano RO water purifier from Sarvanna Bhavan Tambaram. Within 6 months the purifier stopped working. After registering a complaint and after 7 followups the engineer turned up. He said the adaptor was not working, but as the warranty period was on he changed the adaptor. But the adaptor that is normally used for this model was out of stock (as per his info) he fitted an adpator used for some other model. He said he will change it to the original in 2 days. Even after repetetive complaints and calls he is not changing it. Its been almost a month now. Pls someone let me know what action i should take. There is no contact number (other than 39883333) of higher authorities where i can register my complaint. Please someone assist me. My email id is [email protected]
