Eureka Forbes Aquasure storage Water Purifier
Not getting the new part to purchase for the damaged one of it

Dear Sir,

Regarding above mentioned subject,

It is my complaint that purchased waterpurifiers one part which is fitted before the last purifier part (The White one) had gone crack, I asked the local dealer for purchasing it but he said that we won't get it in single piece from Bangalore.

So now i am stuck and the Purifier is not working since one month.

Due to companies demand (they would send atleast 10 piece of the part to local dealer, and Local dealer is not interested in it.) Customer should not get in trouble

what should I do now?

Help me to get the part to relace,
