Non availabilty of filter spares

I purchased one aqua sure water filter for my family use for drinking clean water now after six month I wanted to replace the filter component as suggested by the company representative at the time of purchase.

Now since last two months I am searching fanatically and almost every day I call the company for supply me the spare filter component. The Telephone bill has increased but company is not hearing and a protocol reply that spares are not available.

I feel and advice the consumers for further please dont buy any product from Eureka Forbes as I feel the company is fraud.

I further request Govt of India to close this type of firms who directly cheat the customers.
