Eureka Forbes/Aquasure Water purifier
Water Purifier not working, service man not attending

I have purchased a Aquasure Ivory from Jorhat and since last 2 weeks it was not working. I made a complain in the customer service at Jorhat office and the concern officials told me last week that the Technician will visit, but till date no technician visited and for which my family members along with children drinking the non purified water.
