Rude customer care

This company has the worst customer care. At the time of buying they made promises about services and after buying they had never gone with the commitment they made.we asked them for service many times but they didn't respond and ignored. Their sales person even quarrel with customers and engaged in to scrimmage with customers. Not even i many customers are unsatisfied with the rude behaviour of their sales person.company does not have the guts to stand in international market.this is the worst company i have ever met. Don't ever buy their product.one of their sales person ravindra deshpande (ref. code-9030130) engaged in to scrimmage on 28.10.10 around 9:00pm on sfs ground at their company stall, aurangabad and many people observed ravindra and his attitude and made comments about him and the company. we have the record of whole incidence and this shows how are the roots of the company.if roots are so deteriorated then the whole plant has to be deteriorated.
