Poor after sales service

We have taken annual service contract with Eureka Forbes for our water purifier under the contract no: 20383090 at Rs 3910/-

In addition to that we have also paid Rs 350 to the service technician whilst moving to new premises with in Bangalore. The water purifier does not work post moving to new premises and we have lodged several complaints at the service center under complaint no: 61855485 and 61895029. The complaint was always escalated to floor supervisor at the call center for immediate redressal and each time the response was that the service technician would surely come by today &-!

The various people involved at the call center were Annand, Prasad, Shyia e.t.c

My humble request to all citizens "Never ever take any annual contract and look for alternative water purifiers.
