Servicing under warranty not given even after five reminde

I have purchased Aqua Sure model of water purifier from one of the dealer at Vashi taking tax invoice. I made a request for the 2 nd service within warranty period at customer care (Request No -82288501 dt 15.12.2009). Person came at my residence and told that He needs to break the back portion of the purifier. Then I asked if you want to break it, break it, but at the same time replace it. He said he will replace it later on. But we requested him to come with the replacement of broken part else there will be problem of machine getting dirty and may result into malfunctioning. He told ok i will bring the back portion next day and complete the service. He didnot come for 3-4 days. Again I called up at customer care with same request no. Again, they didnot come till three days. Again I call them and detailed him about the instances. Later assured that he will definetely get the service done this time. He gave me new request no- 82327381 08/01 and person name was Mr. Jitendra Shaw. Till now I am yet to provide the service. Please do the needful
