I HAVE AN AMC FOR SERVICE BUT EVERY TIME I HAS TO CALL THE CENTRE AT THE NUMBERS PROVIDED BUT THEY ALWAYS SAY TO CALL ON THIS OR THAT NUMBER. MOREOVER I HAVE NOT BEEN VISITED SINCE 25.10.2009 I.E. MY RENEWAL DATE OF AMC . THE CONTRACT RECEIPT NO. IS 17254241 DATED 25.10.2009 THEN WHY SHOULD THE COMPANY NOT REIMBURSE MY MONEY ON ACCOUNT OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE IN SERVICES. I WANT MY WATER PURIFIER IMMEDIATELY AND REIMBURSEMENT OF MY ANNUAL CONTRACT MONEY FULLY WITH THE CONTINUANCE OF MY CONTRACT.
