I registered one complaint for my water purifier with request number 0058052744 on 11th May. I repeatedly made call to customer care to know the status. Every time, I listen only one answer that you will get call from our engineer by evening. I am now tired of calling them and really frustrated. It has been more than 3 weeks.
I do not understand, what is the point of hiring customer care dept if they do not want to respond.
