Product not delivered

Dear Sir,

I booked an Eureka Forbes- Aquaguard Total RO Protect last sunday (27th Jun) through their Sales Person, I was promised that the product will be delivered by tuesday but till today it is not delivered

Despite i have raised complaints to their customer care department few time and spoke to Area Sales manager Mr. Jaikumar, though he has promised to ensure the product is delivered yesterday night.

Today again i need follow-up with the sales person and they are giving different reason for not delivering the product.

I need your advise should i proceed with police complaints on this.
