Cheque deposited fraudulently

Eureka forbes company salesman came to me he shown me some aquaguard brochutre and i gave him a post dated cheque and told him that ask me before depositing the cheque but he deposited the cehque one day prior to the date of cheque and the company got it cleared, i had prevented the salesman two day before and also told the company not to deposit the cheque, but bcoz they have shortage of customer and they cheated me and deposited the cheque even if i had told not to deposit . now since last one and half month i am calling the company but they have not refunded the cheque

in future all must be far away from eureka forbe it may cuase disease by tension and no guaranteed of pure water
