Bad response from franchise cente

My total RO water purifier product is not working since last 5 days.

Despite of contacting the franchise center again and again the condition still remains the same. More over check out what they say, "Sir, we don't have any one to service your product, what we have here are only managers. We will contact you as soon as they arrive".

This is something seriously funny:).

Don't know how can name like Eureka Forbes provide franchise to some one who don't even have a guy for doing service.
