Service people not responding

I have purchased eureka forbes from one of there center from gangtok sikki and now there is problem with the eureka forbes aqua guard i.e the candle of the same is jammed and after calling them more than hundred times and lodging the complaint with even customer care center the same has not been recitfied yet. it has been more than two months till date no one has responded. when called now they are straight way avoiding. if this is the case then why are they so eager to sell the same. this is the service they are providing my contact details are as follows prerna rai lecturer CCCt polytechnic college chisopani sikkim. email id is prakashsmit@yahoo.com
