No quality, No service for Aquaguard

Never buy any product of Eureka Forbes. Complete cheating company. No service. No quality. Foolish cheaters were appointed as marketing executives and employees.

I am the most embarrased customer of Eureka Forbes Water purifier in Hyderabad. My customer ID is 104799567. I bought Aquaguard iNova in 2008. Two free services in first year assurance was given to me while buying the product. I called 100s of times to customer care, the worst services center, but they never come for the free services in first year. I gave complaints also but no complaints dept is setup by Eureka. Then I took a service contract for INR 3000 from one of the foolish executive of Eureka Forbes but that is also not working. He is not coming after so many calls. At present my purifier is delivering waste with water and I am having big trouble with that. I am ready to go to court against Eureka Forbes for all these harassment and cheating. Please let me know if someone can join hands with me against Eureka with their worst experience.
